Hey You.... Smile! (GCD Studios)

Today I am sharing a layout with the lovely Pure Bliss Collection for GCD Studios! This layout puts all of those lace punches you have in your stash to good use!  We all have them, some look like doilies others are in the form a boarder punch.

When I think of lace punches I think of a feminine - girly look and this muted floral paper from the Pure Bliss Collection was my first pick to start this layout!  I cut it down to about 10x10 and distressed the edges and then took different boarder punches and randomly punched on all 4 sides.

I used even more lacy punches to created a the thick strip in the middle of my layout.  I topped that off with a few boarded strips form the Pure Bliss collection - these strips are great, so many uses for them and they come in such a variety of patterns and styles.

I just love how this layout turned out!  I never thought of lacy punches with a distressed look but I really love how this turned out!

More Outdoor Adventure (Imaginisce)

My favorite part of the Outdoor Adventure Collection from Imaginisce is the smore's!  Smores are a perfect symbol of outdoor summer fun!  I have been made these little smore treat backs for an up coming party (as a Thank You gift for the hostess) using peat-pods (from a garden center) and the new Outdoor Adventure collection!

Yummy!

Outdoor Adventure (Imaginisce)

Supplies:
Imaginisnce - Outdoor Adventure: Paper, Stickers, Diecuts, Stamps, Foam Tape
Other: Paint, Twine, Ink

Its a perfect time of year for Outdoor Adventure collection from Imaginisnce to be released!  My family has been enjoying the nice weather and planning fun outdoor summer activities.

I love the bold and rich colors in the collection!  It was so each to to make these papers work with my photo.  I went for a nice kraft background and added a little white paint and mountain stamps.

I loved adding lots of layers with the paper papers, diecut shapes and foam tape!

Stripes (PaperHaus)

We are sharing our 'Remember Me' layouts today at PaperHaus.  These are layouts based around us!  Today I am sharing a layout based on my love of stripes!  I love fashion and shopping!  I look forward to picking out my outfit everyday!

I knew exactly which collection I wanted to use, Trendsetter from Fancy Pants! Makes senses right! The colors were perfect for my photos and the patters very trendy!

Remember to take time to scrapboook about yourself!

Handmade Pins with the i-Top (Imaginisce)

One of my favorite accessories to an outfit is a pin!  I love to collect vintage pins of all kinds but with the i-Top from Imaginisnce I now love making my own pins!  I have a few to share with you today!

My first pin started with a Large Badge Daddy which has a back like a traditional safety pin.  I cut out my green fabric for the top and stitched the pink felt heart on it along with a little other sticking for more color.  I covered the top of the Badge Daddy with the green fabric - this was so easy it just took one little squeeze!  I then put the back on and it was done!  I had this done in 10 minutes!  I am sporting it regularly the my petty pink scarf.

The second pin started with a Small Badge Daddy.  Using my sizzix I cut out a few fabric flowers and layered them tougher.  I free cut the leaves and stitched them on the back side of the flower.  With the i-Top I  covered the Badge Daddy with blue fabric to be the center of my flower.  I then slipped the Badge Daddy through the center of my flower and pinned it on my spring coat!
